Key Responsibilities
- Provide omnichannel customer support via Phone, Email, and Chat.
- Handle order tracking, updates, and issue resolution efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer queries.
- Follow company service quality standards and processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Support roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in E-Commerce / Fashion industry will be an added advantage.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Good computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
