This role involves handling customer interactions through phone, email, and chat while ensuring smooth order tracking, issue resolution, and CRM management in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide omnichannel customer support via Phone, Email, and Chat.
  • Handle order tracking, updates, and issue resolution efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer queries.
  • Follow company service quality standards and processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Support roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Experience in E-Commerce / Fashion industry will be an added advantage.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  • Good computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
