We’re Hiring – Chat Support Executive

Blinkit is hiring candidates for its Chat Blended Process (Work From Home). This role involves handling customer queries primarily via chat with limited call support.

Job Description (JD)

  • Process: Chat Blended (Chat + Limited Calls)
  • Interview Rounds: 2 Rounds
  • Assessment: 1 Versant Test
  • Joining: Within 3 Days
  • Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: Under 35 Years
  • Qualification: 12th Pass (Mandatory)
  • Internet Requirement:
    • Wi-Fi connection only
    • Minimum speed above 50 Mbps (Mandatory)

Salary Structure

Fresher

  • CTC: ₹19,000
  • In-Hand: ₹16,000

Experienced

  • CTC: ₹21,000
  • In-Hand: ₹17,500

Additional Requirements

  • Good English communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills.
