What You’ll Be Doing

Source and build partnerships with alternative and mobile payment method providers.
Create, own, and present business cases for payment deals with Tier 1 banks.
Manage the full partnership lifecycle from inception to go-live.
Work on critical timelines while managing multiple stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Compliance teams.
Strengthen relationships with strategic payment partners (e.g., iDEAL, Bizum, Blik, PagoPA, Tikkie).
Conduct market and competitor research to inform product strategy.
Drive insights that contribute to Revolut’s core payments roadmap.

What You’ll Need

3+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or consulting.
Strong understanding of alternative payment methods and distribution models.
Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

Krakow / Poland: PLN 16,600 – PLN 20,800 gross monthly

Required Qualifications

Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD.
Knowledge of IAM concepts, RBAC, ABAC, SSO, and MFA.
Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint or Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
Proactive mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
