💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle multiple live chat interactions with international customers.
  • Resolve product/service queries and complaints in real-time.

🎯 Required Skills

  • Excellent written English communication
  • Experience in International or blended processes
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zendesk, Live Chat tools)
