Job Overview

Amazon is hiring Remote Customer Service Associates to provide world-class customer support. The role involves handling customer queries via calls, chats, and emails while ensuring high customer satisfaction in a completely remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries related to orders, payments, delivery, and returns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Follow Amazon’s communication and quality guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Customer service or BPO experience preferred (Freshers can apply).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts from home.
