International Business Development Manager

To support our international expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Business Development Manager.

Domain: Global Academic Consulting & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive international business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
  • Represent BHANZU as a Global Academic Consultant for international markets.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with global expansion goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, educators, and partners.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate BHANZU’s learning solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product positioning and market penetration.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Academic Consulting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in international time zones.
  • Strong understanding of global markets and customer engagement strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about education.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or International Sales is a plus.

Salary & Compensation

Annual CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA
