We’re Hiring – Business Development Executive

Role at a Glance

  • Position: Business Development Executive
  • Experience Required: 0 – 5 Years
  • Compensation: Up to ₹4.20 LPA (Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives)
  • Location: Remote (Work From Home)
  • Shift Schedule: Rotational Shifts (6 Days Working)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and offer appropriate business solutions.
  • Consistently work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Requirements & Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English and Punjabi.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong focus on results and performance.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable with camera-on policy during working hours.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Workstation & Technical Requirements

  • Dedicated workstation (Desk & Chair).
  • Wired headphones with good voice clarity.
  • Personal laptop with minimum 8GB RAM and Intel i3 Processor or above.
  • Stable and high-speed internet connection.
