We are hiring skilled CX Support Executives for a US Banking Process. This role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries related to US banking services.
  • Provide prompt and accurate resolutions via voice support.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Identify and escalate complex banking issues to appropriate teams.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and data security standards.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
  • Minimum 6+ months ICC (International Call Center) experience required.
  • Candidates with 8+ months ICC experience will be preferred.
  • Freshers without ICC experience are not eligible.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work in US banking hours (night shifts).
  • Good listening and call control abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.

Work Experience

  • 6+ months experience in International Voice Process.
  • Prior exposure to Banking or Financial Services is an advantage.
