We are hiring skilled CX Support Executives for a US Banking Process. This role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries related to US banking services.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions via voice support.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Identify and escalate complex banking issues to appropriate teams.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and data security standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
- Minimum 6+ months ICC (International Call Center) experience required.
- Candidates with 8+ months ICC experience will be preferred.
- Freshers without ICC experience are not eligible.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in US banking hours (night shifts).
- Good listening and call control abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
Work Experience
- 6+ months experience in International Voice Process.
- Prior exposure to Banking or Financial Services is an advantage.
