  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company processes and quality standards.
  • Document customer interactions accurately.

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Self-disciplined and able to work remotely.

System & Technical Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 11
  • Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps stable connection
  • UPS / Power Backup (Mandatory)
  • Noise-free work environment

Compensation

  • Freshers: ₹19,000 CTC
  • Experienced Candidates: ₹21,000 CTC
