Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Quality Analyst to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of sales calls and digital communications. The candidate will be responsible for auditing processes, coaching sales representatives, and driving continuous performance improvement in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit sales calls and digital chat interactions for quality and compliance.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to sales representatives.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare quality reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Support performance analysis and continuous process optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Quality Analysis / Sales QA / Coaching roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of Audit & Compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and Dialer systems.
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • BPO / Telecom industry experience will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates with prior experience in Sales QA, Coaching, Performance Analysis, and Process Optimization within BPO or Telecom sectors are highly preferred.
