Chat & Email Process | Work From Home

In-hand Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month


Job Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Window: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Working Hours: 9-hour shifts (including breaks)

Job Overview

Milk Basket is hiring Customer Care Executives for chat and email support. This role involves handling customer queries, order updates, refunds, and service-related issues while delivering a high-quality remote customer support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through Chat & Email support.
  • Provide accurate information about orders, deliveries, and refunds.
  • Resolve complaints within defined timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all interactions.
  • Follow company policies and quality standards.
  • Escalate complex issues when required.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: 12th Pass
  • Any Graduate can apply
  • Freshers & experienced candidates welcome

Language & Skills

  • Good written & basic spoken English
  • Versant English Test – Minimum Level 4 required
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Professional chat & email handling skills
