Chat & Email Process | Work From Home
In-hand Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Job Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Window: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Working Hours: 9-hour shifts (including breaks)
Job Overview
Milk Basket is hiring Customer Care Executives for chat and email support. This role involves handling customer queries, order updates, refunds, and service-related issues while delivering a high-quality remote customer support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Chat & Email support.
- Provide accurate information about orders, deliveries, and refunds.
- Resolve complaints within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of all interactions.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: 12th Pass
- Any Graduate can apply
- Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
Language & Skills
- Good written & basic spoken English
- Versant English Test – Minimum Level 4 required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Professional chat & email handling skills
