We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Collections Process. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to manage third-party collections and ensure timely recovery while working from home.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle international outbound and inbound collection calls.
  • Manage third-party collections and follow up on pending payments.
  • Ensure timely recovery while maintaining compliance standards.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and recovery status.
  • Meet monthly recovery and performance targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year International Voice Process experience (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in AR / Collections is required.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Stable internet connection and quiet work environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC: Up to ₹40,000
  • In-hand Salary: ₹36,900 per month
  • ₹1,000 monthly Wi-Fi allowance
  • Additional performance-based incentives
  • Company systems and tools provided
  • 5 fixed weekend offs
  • 1 working Saturday per month
