Job Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide support via Call, E-mail, and Chat channels.
- Resolve customer concerns within defined TAT and quality standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data security guidelines.
- Meet individual productivity and performance KPIs.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Basic computer knowledge and system handling capability.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
