Position Overview

FIS is seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Customer Service Associate. The role involves handling international customer interactions through Voice and Non-Voice channels while ensuring high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Shift: 24x7 Rotational (Including Night Shift)
Work Location: Gurugram

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide support via Call, E-mail, and Chat channels.
  • Resolve customer concerns within defined TAT and quality standards.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data security guidelines.
  • Meet individual productivity and performance KPIs.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (Verbal & Written).
  • Basic computer knowledge and system handling capability.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 0–1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
  • Candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Important Requirement: Candidate must demonstrate strong professional communication skills and the ability to handle international customers confidently and effectively.
