We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Consultants. This is a permanent remote opportunity supporting international (US) customers.

Job Details

  • Permanent Job Role
  • 5 Days Working
  • 9 Hours Shift (Including 1 Hour Break)
  • Night Shift (US Process)

Salary & Benefits

₹2,76,000 per annum

(₹23,000 per month – ₹21,500 Basic + ₹1,500 Shift Allowance)

  • Provide support via Call, Email & Chat
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Follow quality and compliance guidelines
