Salary Details

  • Freshers: ₹16,000 CTC / ₹12,500 In-Hand
  • Experienced: ₹18,600 CTC / ₹14,000 In-Hand

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, and services
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow company policies and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
  • Freshers and experienced both can apply
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts

  • Minimum 8GB RAM
  • Stable internet connection
