Votiko is actively hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Accountant with proven experience in Paycom. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong understanding of payroll systems, compliance, and salary processing. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution while maintaining complete confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

As a Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, handling employee compensation records, and ensuring all statutory requirements are fulfilled. You will collaborate closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll management.

  • Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing using Paycom software.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, incentives, deductions, and taxes.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee data updates such as attendance, leaves, and benefits.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries efficiently.
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist in audits if required.
  • Ensure confidentiality of payroll data at all times.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Paycom (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, compliance, and salary structure.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
