  • Job Process: 20% Voice | 80% Email Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via voice calls and email support channels
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain proper documentation of interactions and follow-ups

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in BPO voice and email support (Mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred

System Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Own Laptop/Desktop
  • Minimum Intel i5 Processor or above
  • At least 16 GB RAM
  • Operating System: Windows 11

Salary Details

  • CTC: ₹20,000
  • In-hand Salary: ₹15,900

  • Eligible: Candidates from all other states
