Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via voice calls and email support channels
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain proper documentation of interactions and follow-ups
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in BPO voice and email support (Mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Immediate joiners preferred

- Own Laptop/Desktop
- Minimum Intel i5 Processor or above
- At least 16 GB RAM
- Operating System: Windows 11
Salary Details
- CTC: ₹20,000
- In-hand Salary: ₹15,900
