  • Handle customer queries through chat and email channels
  • Manage collections-related communication professionally
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow company policies and compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Prior experience in collections is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in night shifts
  • Self-motivated with a strong work-from-home setup
