  • Job Role: Customer Support (Voice / Non-Voice)

  • Working Days: 6 Days a Week
  • Week Off: Rotational

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Hindi

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through calls and non-voice channels
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Salary & Benefits

  • In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹21,000
  • Performance-based Incentives

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
  • Must have completed education
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

System Requirements

  • Laptop/PC with working Webcam and Microphone
  • High-speed Wi-Fi connection (Minimum 100 Mbps)
  • Power backup for uninterrupted work
