💼 Salary & Compensation

  • CTC: ₹4.8 LPA
  • In-hand Salary: Approx. ₹37,000/month
  • Internet Allowance: ₹1,000/month (Fixed)
  • Attractive uncapped incentives

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound/inbound calls with US customers regarding debt collection.
  • Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update systems accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with international calling and collection guidelines.
  • Deliver high-quality customer interaction with professionalism.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Undergraduate / Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in international voice process
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Employment Gap: Maximum 6 months allowed

  • Shift: US Fixed Shift
  • Working Days: 5 Days Working
  • Week Off: Fixed Weekend Off
  • Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
