We are currently hiring for the position of US Debt Collection Executive for an international voice process. This is a permanent work from home opportunity for candidates who have prior experience in international calling and possess excellent English communication skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling US-based customers, managing debt collection processes, and ensuring effective communication while maintaining professionalism and compliance standards.

💼 Salary & Compensation

  • CTC: ₹4.8 LPA
  • In-hand Salary: ₹37,000/month (approx.)
  • Internet Allowance: ₹1,000/month
  • Incentives: Uncapped performance-based incentives

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls with US customers.
  • Manage and recover outstanding payments professionally.
  • Negotiate payment terms and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain proper records of all interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with international calling standards.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Undergraduate / Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in international voice process
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills
  • Gap: Maximum 6 months employment gap allowed

  • Shift: US Fixed Shift
  • Working Days: 5 Days Working
  • Week Off: Fixed Weekend Off
  • Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
