  • ⏰ Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
  • 📅 Working Days: 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Offs)
  • 🎓 Qualification: Graduate Freshers or HSC with Minimum 6 Months Experience
  • ⚠ Requirement: Drug Test Mandatory

💰 Salary Details (In-Hand)

  • Fresher: ₹27,000
  • 6 Months Experience: ₹29,700
  • 1 Year Experience: ₹30,700
  • 18 Months Experience: ₹37,700
  • 24 Months Experience: ₹45,400

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for US banking clients.
  • Resolve customer queries related to banking services.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Follow compliance and process guidelines strictly.
