🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline with MBA in HR (Mandatory).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources (Recruitment / HR Operations / Talent Acquisition).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

📝 Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Understand departmental manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR activities and workforce planning.
• Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
• Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Resolve employee queries and support daily HR operations.
• Promote a positive, professional, and employee-friendly work culture.
